To better serve our Members the NBA works behind the scenes to bring greater impact to the Self-Employed and Small Business Community.

It is widely recognized that an economically sound country has a much greater capacity for peace. As these women build their businesses, they also help to strengthen their countries.

Peace Through Business Summits & Workshops are held at the AT&T University with Graduation Ceremonies held at the George W. Bush Presidential Center.

This program is precisely the activity the NBA supports. It provides leadership development and business skills to women entrepreneurs.

Dr. Terry Neese founded the Peace Through Business program over 10 years ago. Since then Peace Through Business has had over 600 women entrepreneurs graduate from the program. Over 80 percent of the women are still in business creating over 13,000 jobs.
